How it works for your team

5–10 minutes the day before. Breakfast ready when you need it.

  1. Step 1

    The day before

Load the machine with oat flour and cleaning detergent, then set the time you want the oat drink ready for breakfast.

  2. Step 2

    Overnight

The machine produces the oat drink according to the schedule and runs its internal cleaning process automatically.

  3. Step 3

    At breakfast

The oat drink is ready and guests serve themselves.

  4. Step 4

    Swap & return

The breakfast cereal dispensers are modular. Used dispensers are simply removed and returned to Oater for cleaning, while supplied cereal modules are ready to plug in and use.

Frequently asked questions

How much work does my team need to do?

Preparation the day before is short: load the machine with oat flour and cleaning detergent, set the time the oat drink should be ready, and put the modular cereal dispensers in place. During service the station needs normal presentation and checks.

What does Oater handle?

Machine servicing, oat flour supply, cleaning detergent supply, breakfast cereal supply, cleaning of returned cereal containers, and ongoing support and resupply.

Does the machine need cleaning?

The machine has an internal self-cleaning process. As part of the daily setup, the hotel team loads the required cleaning detergent. Modular cereal dispensers are returned to Oater for cleaning.

How many servings does one batch provide?

Each batch is 4.5L, which is approximately 30–45 breakfast servings depending on serving size. Further batches can be produced during the day.

How does the pilot work?

Hotels can choose a 2- or 4-week pilot to test the system in their real breakfast operation. There is no hardware investment for the pilot, and you decide what happens afterwards.

What happens to the cereal dispensers?

They are modular. Used dispensers are removed and returned to Oater for cleaning, and pre-filled replacement modules are supplied ready to plug in and use.

Can this work alongside our existing breakfast?

Yes. The Oater can sit alongside a buffet, complement a continental offer, give à la carte guests a quicker self-service option, or form a lighter breakfast offer on its own.

What does the location need?

Power plus a water and waste water connection, and approximately 1.0 × 0.8 m of space on an existing counter or table, or on our mobile serving trolley. Oater handles connections, installation and briefing.
